There's something about staying exactly where you are with grief that makes you feel like you're holding on, if you move on it means you are forgetting about the child you lost or that it's not important anymore.. which of course, is not the case, but so hard to get to the point where you feel like you're not betraying them by trying to be happy/move on. LOVED it. Everyone can listen at the same time!
